Design notes
- One balm for leather, latex alternatives and hardware — fewer products, less waste.
- Neutral formulation: no dyes, no perfume, no silicone, so it does not darken or soften grain unevenly.
- Glass rather than plastic for the balm so the jar can be refilled instead of replaced.
- Instructions cover cleaning between people as well as general maintenance.
Open questions
- Should hygiene guidance live in the kit, on the site, or both?
- Is a refill-only option worth offering for repeat customers?
- Would a travel size be more useful than the 60 ml jar?
